Design & Build

With a design and build contract (also known as Turnkey), the client has a single point of contact and responsibility throughout the entire project. This makes project management much easier and lightens the administrative load. Instead of juggling separate contracts and coordinating with different parties, the client deals with just one team for both design and construction.

The design & build approach also helps speed up project timelines. Since the design and construction teams work closely together and can overlap tasks, delays from design changes or communication issues are minimized. This means the project gets completed faster, so the client can start using the space or product sooner.

Because the design and construction teams are part of the same organization (or closely aligned), communication and collaboration flow more smoothly. Any issues or changes can be tackled quickly, and the potential for conflicts between teams is much lower.

As professionals, we’re also better equipped to handle any risks or unexpected challenges that may come up during the design and construction phases.
